Refunds on un-used delivery

I recently purchased 250 gigs of video delivery to use towards a video contest a client is having. It now appears that they will need quite a lot of delivery, much more than I had allowed for. So, the total delivery amount (multiple terrabytes) needed would greatly exceed their budget. I will need to find another source for video streaming.

If I cancel the account is there a refund for unused resources?

Thanks.

I'm afraid we don't have a refund if you cancel your account, but we're soon going to lower our delivery prices significantly ($0.19 when buying >2500 GB).

If you contact me through the contact us form, I will make this new price available for you a bit earlier.

Thanks very much for the offer of the lower rate, it sounds like it might be a solution.

The real issue is that the actual amount of streaming is a real guessing game. The contest is for each of 40 high schools to submit one 90 second video. Then on-line voting will take place for 2 weeks and each voter can vote once every 24 hours. The estimated total of students at these high schools is 40,000. Even being conservative, if half of the students view half of the videos that would be 10,000 hours of streaming. If you throw in friends, relatives, re-viewing videos, etc. It could be double that to 20,000 hours. So, at your offered rate it might be between $500 and $1000 for the two weeks. Which is much better than the original rate of .49 (totaling $1200 to $2400 for the same two weeks)

Any update on when or if delivery prices are to change to these rates ($0.19 when buying >2500 GB)? I need to quote some projects and delivery costs could be a key issue.
