When I place my first order for platform usage at say 2 GB per month, is my credit card automatically charged every month for that 2 GB? Or is it that for the month following my payment, platform usage is a one time fee for the content I upload, with a limit of 2 GB for the month?
Hi John, this means that your platform usage balance is now 2 GB.
Platform usage is charged as follows: each day 1/30th of the amount of video that you manage gets deducted from your platform usage balance. That means that if you manage 2 GB, you will use that 2 GB over the course of a month.
If you manage 1 GB, 2 GB-month will last you 2 months, but if you manage 8 GB, 2 GB-month will only last you for a week or so.
Once your platform usage balance runs out you will have to purchase additional balance manually, we don't perform any recurring charges on creditcards.
