We made a payment to replenish our account on October 1 to replenish our account, but are still receiving emails threatening to have our account deleted if a payment isn't made. Is there an email address we can contact to sort out the problem? If it's on the site, I'm having trouble find it.
Hi Heather, around that time we had a bug in our payments system that caused a payment to not reset the inactivity counter. I see one payment with the last name King on Oct. 1st, so I have reset the counter for that account.
