It isn't compatible on my site. As you can see there's no button to initiate search http://screencast.com/t/IBzOg7o2cY4 [I'm on a Mac in FF8].
Any ETA on when BOTR will have an update for 3.3?

It definitely works on my installation with 3.3
One thing that might cause issues is that the download with version number (from the tutorial) causes some files to be in an unexpected location. You might have to rename the folder name to bits-on-the-run.
In any case: the version from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bits-on-the-run/ (which is always the latest) works correctly for me, so I recommend that you try installing that one to see if this solves anything.

Yup http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bits-on-the-run/ works! Thanks so much Remco. The version i downloaded from the Documentation area didn't work.

the plugin doesnt work with my slider, not sure whats wrong but after updating wordpress, the video player is corrupting my slide show in Arras theme

It looks like this is a theme specific issue. We can only support the default wordpress theme I'm afraid.

Also, for example this gallery module works fine together with Bits on the Run in 3.3.1: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gallery-plugin/ so it looks like your theme maybe implements shortcodes in a broken way
We haven't done a full test, but on my local installation it appears to work fine. Of course it is best to not blindly upgrade your production website, but to have a staging environment at the least.
