Pro accounts and Premium Support

I've noticed that since the new freemium model was implemented, Pro accounts are the only ones with access to Premium Support. Can you tell us if premium support is included as part of the cost of Pro accounts or if Pro accounts are the only ones eligible to purchase premium support.

I'm dying here.

I'm kinda ok with tech stuff, but this is out of control. I don't have the time to learn php and coding and all this arcane esoteric ethereal tech stuff.

I just need my problems solved so I can concentrate on my business.

I never knew that trying to play an embedded video was going to be like trying to build a jet plane from scratch...

If I order the "premium support" will someone be able to help me with WHY I can't get my videos to play from Amazon S3 without constant buffer issues? And how to get S3 to integrate with "private" access videos so that they actually do play on my end? Will someone be able to talk to me in plain English without requiring me to be a computer programmer or coding wizard?

I've tried all your advice about QTindexswapper, lowering bitrate on mp4, proper ACL settings on S3, etc., and I can't even run my business anymore because these video problems are consuming every moment of my life.

Will premium support help me with my problems, or am I just plain SOL because I'm not a coding expert?

With Premium support we help you with debugging, but we won't write any code or anything that would be needed to get the private videos to work nor will we encode your video.

You might want to take a look at our hosted Bits on the Run product instead of trying to host yourself if you don't have the time and expertise to build your own video solution.
