Would like to use your service to embed company videos, pm a company intranet. Since the videos will be hosted by you will the videos not be avaiable by a search engine from your site and I will
Have control as to where they canbe seen from my publishing.

We don't operate a video destination site. That means that the video will only be available where you embed them.

I have just made an account on Longtail tv. http://longtail.tv/
Can you also embed videos from that site to an intranet site.
So they can not be seen by anyone else?

As far as I am aware longtail.tv has no way to limit who can access an embed code. That means that someone could theoretically copy an embed code from your intranet page and use it anywhere else. Essentially the intention of longtail.tv is that it is a product to facilitate showing your video everywhere, which is great if you want broad distribution.
