We're getting the following errors on the player when we attempt to watch a film. None of our videos are viewable.
"License limit exceded. [Max connections allowed exceeds license limit]."
and
"Server not found: rtmpte://fms.413C.edgecastcdn.net:80/XXXXXX/content/"
Any advice on what could be wrong?
This was caused by an issue in the Flash Media Servers on our CDN.
They have managed to resolve this with help from engineers from Adobe and everything is functioning correctly again.
