We have two embedded BOTR videos using the wordpress plugin. This morning we have reports of errors loading the videos.
1. Videos did not work came up with errors one said Task queue failed at step 5: Playlist could not be loaded:HTTP:Status 403; Forbidden
2. Server not found: rtmpe://fms.413C.edgecastcdn.net/00413C/content/
I can't replicate it. Any idea what is happening?

I embedded a BOTR video on home page http://www.felixcaneonline.com for testing purposes. It plays well in regular browsers. However, I checked the video on a mobile device on and Android Plataform and received the following error:
Sever not found: rtmpe://fms.413C.edgecastcdn.net/00413C/content/
Any ideas what this is?
Hi Troy, we recently discovered that Flash for android does not support RTMPE (Encrypted, more secure RTMP). Because of that we will release a major player update early next month so our video embed codes will always use HTML5 on Android devices.
This has an added bonus that HTML5 video performs much better on Android than Flash.
I think this is a geographic issue with our CDN, or one of the CDN nodes. Are all these customers from a specific location? And has the issue been resolved since then?
Since both the playlist and video are not loading, I think the issue might be on the peering / ISP level. We serve our playlists and videos from different CDNs.
