I am trying to complete the tax form from my account dashboard (US W-9). It asks for either SSN or EIN, but only has an option to select and no option to actually enter this information. So when you try and complete the form it gives you an error to include SSN or EIN. The form seems to be broken. Also tried to mail in the form and it was returned by the post office as an invalid address. How can I rectify this asap so I can get paid.
