I can't get pre roll ads to display although I can see them when I choose the player on the preview screen on the BOTR site.
Here's one...

I think this is because you're using a 'hacked' version of the JW player to carry our plugin, i.e. one with the Basedir pointed to plugin.invideous.com rather than plugin.longtailvideo.com.
This is because there was a delay in LTV QA'ing the version of our plugin that supported BOTR.

For testing purposes, can you remove Invideous and see if the Pre-Roll ads show up? There might be a conflict going on.
