I am looking to upgrade to the latest JW Player, but am unable to sign in. When I fill out the form to retrieve my password, I never receive an e-mail. The address I registered with is travis@netcaffeine.com (registered for the website zarolla.com). Looking for help here, since this forum seems to be the only free support solution. :)
