AdSolution integration with my Content Management

is it possible (with a ...is it possible (with a licenced version of jwplayer) to manage adds from inside our oun Content Management System, instead of having it as a service?
If not possible how can we link videos to adds while videos get uploaded through our CMS and adds through the AdSolution?
