While implementing the Longtail Adsolution we are encountering problems rendering the ads.
After adding the channel ads show as popup boxes with a "close to play" button.
We would like however to have in-video streaming ads instead of these popups.
However when debugging the HTTP requests during playing a video it turns out that our channel code returns 404.
The configuretion request to: http://ltasconfig.ltassrv.com/x/i/q/b/b/m/d/h/y/e/o/n/c/u/xiqbbmdhyeoncum.xml
gives a 404 (Page not found).
Furthermore subsequent configuration requests to http://www.ltassrv.com/adsrv/xml/?cc=xiqbbmdhyeoncum&ref=http%3A//.... return "Channel not identified,Rejected,Disabled or Inactive".
Are there any additional configuration steps to be done in order for the VAST template ads to work correctly?

You can't run your own VAST tags with the AdSolution.
You need the OVA plugin for this: http://www.longtailvideo.com/open-video-ads/
The XML is supposed to give you 404 not found because we haven't set you up with premium ads yet. If you email sales ]at[ longtailvideodotcom with a link to your website we can submit it for approval.
