Closing banner ads automatically

We are using Ad Solution and are trying to figure out how to close the 'static banner ads' after 15 or 30 seconds when they appear instead of video pre-roll. This way if people do not want to click the close button then it just happens for them.

We see video pre-roll finishes and then proceeds onto our video. Not the static banner ads though.

Any ideas?
