Embed a Video but have only vioce no image

Hi, could some body help me in this isue. I have embed the player with a .mp4 file but i have only voice no image? where can the problem be? The link is http://www.iznik-in-progress.com/media/kravatsiz_siyaset.html

How did you encode the MP4 file? You need them to be encoded in H.264 in order to work with Flash.
