I'm running a laotian website www.laoteenage.com and I planned to add some ads on my videos (Music Video authorized by their owner to share on our website)
I have about 4000 visitors/mo.
Do you accept other language website such as laotian ?

My members used to upload on Youtube. From now on, I'll upload myself to my localhost. =)
Other questions, most of my visitors came from USA (60%) when they watch some MV, ads will display, won't they?
even when it's a laotian guy who watch it too right?

We don't have a language restriction for new applicants to our AdSolution. That said, we probably aren't going to be able to display ads in Laotian language for your own users.
Also, I was only able to find YouTube embedded players on your website. Keep in mind that you need to host your own content to qualify for our AdSolution. YouTube's terms of service doesn't allow you to run ads on content that they host.
