Sorry if this question has as been asked before, please fwd me the thread if it has. My Q is, if we have live-streaming webcams with ads displayed, can we allow other sites to embed our webcam on their site with our pre-roll ads etc... I know this would be a violation of TOS with Google AdSense. Do other Ad Networks have similar strict TOS?

When it comes to live-streaming, more or less all advertising networks adhere to a similarly strict TOS. I'd say the main problem is that 99% of all content being "live-streamed" is illegal. I'm referring to Soccer Games, PPV shows etc. The overall problem, off course, is that the advertisers can't tell what type of content their ads will be placed on.
