I haven't been paid since 29/01/2010

I am using Longtail AD solution since 29/01/2010. I have total balance of $41.22 in my account.This balance amount has accumulated since 29/01/2010. But so far I haven't been paid at least once. I have selected "PayPal" as the payment type. Please be good enough to do the needful to send my account balance to my PayPal account.
