Google Adsense Ads

Don't know what company is providing these ads, it looks quite good though!

There is a similar ad system available for the JW Player. We're still working on it, so it doesn't look that good yet, but in essence you can also add prerolls, postrolls and overlays for any type of ad network:

It's not open-source (well, technically it is, since it's javascript) but you can easily subscribe with the LTAS service and get your Adsense tags rolling...

Yup, the way I like they use that kind of Adsense feeds. I'm using your player for several sites in my companies and I'll use them forever I think :) The idea behind these adsense ad is good I think because the user can get the next ad, can close the box and these are very very useful things IMO.

Can you Jeroen or anyone on this forum talk a little more about this LTAS service and how can I get my Adsense tags rolling? Or it might be much better if you could implement that kind of advertisement in your next player. I'll cross my fingers from now on :P

You can singup for free and test the service. It's just a matter of copy-pasting your AdSense javascript in the LTAS admin site, select the type of ad you want (preroll/postroll/overlay) and copy-paste the resulting line of javascript to your website again.

when i fullscreen longtail videos, the adds stay behind, how can we solve this problem??

that cannot be fixed, since only flash jumps fullscreen.

These example are about the Adsense XML Ads, this service is just available for US Adsense users.
US Adsense users can add Feed Ads to their RSS or something with that service.

But it is just for US people :(

Actually, I heard something about it.

One of the website which sells a flv player says that you can use google adsense with your flv player.
I just research that but I couldn't find anything about it

As far as I know, this is your player Jeroen, just a very modified version. In this, there is also a Google Adsense overlay mode thing with close, open, next and prev ad button. Can you tell, how can we do the same? Or this is a plugin for every flash element or what?

btw: the first ad appear around 0:20, so just wait a bit.

You're right. I changed the XML but not the embed code. All working again. And thanks for the info/kudos!

Note that the XML midroll is now in the 3.16 player, accessible through the 'midroll' flashvar. OR you can sign up with LongTail and make money through it ;)
