Cant add youtube playlist (using wordpress plugin)

Hi
I am testing jw player 5.9 here...

http://www.robfostermusic.co.uk/test-vid/

in the hope that it can play my youtube playlists, when i add the player to the page i get the message "Task queue failed at step 5:Playlist could not be loaded due to cross domain policy restrictions" There are a few threads on this, but i can't seem to find one with a definitive answer.

To add the playlist i click the upload/insert button, then click the external media tab, i put in the url

http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7DA128A7A511575B

in the box the press add jw player.

I can add a single video no problem.

Finally could you clarify whether jw player reads the videos from youtube's servers, or does it copy the information to my server, as when i add a single video it appears in my media library, this is important as eventually i will have a LOT of videos on there and my site server is only 2GB in size.

Many Thanks

Rob

Ok I've found a post on this site that says that i need to set up a proxy url for html5 to work, I've put my site details into the sample link here

http://www.robfostermusic.co.uk/proxy/?url=http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/playlists/7DA128A7A511...

this file clearly doesn't work i notice a question mark in there, can anybody tell me whats wrong, and do i actually need to set up a proxy in the root of my site. And how is that done?

Thanks

Rob

Right , i think I've been over thinking this, the easiest method to do what i want as far as i can see, is add each separate youtube video's url in the external media section in wp, then create the playlist in the playlist tab, then you have full flash and html5, wow...duh, the wordpress plugin does all the work for you! I've got to say now its working, I'm VERY impressed. I might even think about getting the pro version.
Here it is in action, just in case anyone is interested.

You need to make Flash the default in your WP admin for this plugin.

Well, the thing is, the YouTube API (for playlists) do not work on iOS yet (HTML5)...
