Play youtube hosted videos

Hello. I use the Simple Flash Video wordpress plugin, of which the player is longtailvideo.

If I have a video on my server I wish to play, I place simple code where I want it to appear, which when clicked opens the video player.

Code example:

[video filename=http://www.italialiving.com/wp-content/uploads/videos/nonna_intro.flv /]

But does anyone know if I can use this video player to play videos hosted elsewhere such as youtube, so I don't need to have the videos on my server and if so, how would I change the code to appear?

I thought I would simply replace the URL to the video, but that doesn't seem to work.
