Hi-
I was going through the yousearch tutorial for building a plugin and I was able to get the plugin to appear but the there is no functionality. The search button does not work and obviously no search results are displayed.
Any ideas?

I have the same problem, but instead of having a site I had to make a cd to show contents for a company.

hi, the movie plays but I still get the "Adobe Flash player has stopped a potentially unsafe operation..." message, it shows the two files that are in my CF, is there a way to go around the flash security, since it is a cd all the clients will see that message. thank you

it is a compact disk, I can send you the files if you want, you would have to run it under windows. or do you have an ftp so i can upload the files.

I first added the jwplayer using a .flv file and it works great - starts right up while the remainder of the show fairly successfully tries to finish the loading as it plays.
Because flash doesn't work on iPads, I changed to using basically the same code per your examples to an .mp4 file and it also works - but now it wants to load the entire show before beginning to play. So far adding an autoplay: true command doesn't seem to change anything.
What might I be doing wrong.

I followed the steps in the tutorial, and got it up to the point where the plugin appears, but it will not search.
Assuming I did something wrong I downloaded the original .fla, the .swf and the .as file from the server. I and attempted to run it off a remote server as well as from my local testing environment.
So I ruled out my own errors with creating the plugin incorrectly.
I get this message: "Adobe Flash player has stopped a potentially unsafe operation..." I am directed to adobe's site that would configure your player to allow the setting to work -I applied it to the c: path to the player swf that it automatically sugested.
After restarting, I open my page and the player displays without the plugin.
* In your yousearch folder there are two additional files:
a yousearch.xml and a build.sh file -are these meant to help in some way? -if so, how.
