Flow button, top right hand corner not showing on html5

Hi

Im using the flow plugin with jw player for wordpress, all working fine, apart from, I'm sure that the flow plugin should have the word flow in the top right hand corner that allows you to switch between the image and the flow display, this is as expected on my desktop, but on my iPad it only shows momentarily when you reload the page, if i view it on landscape on my iPhone and zoom in its there. albeit in the wrong place and cut off.

Do i need to put anything else into my short code to make this work on html5?
