is it possible to customize the language-specific text ressources of the JW player 4.6? We are able to open the flv source code and modify the provided action script according to our target language in CS4. Unfortunately, we do not see any source code e.g. for the ltas plugin or the adtonomy video plugin ("Your video is loading").

I assume, the text for the adtonomy text plugin can be configured by using "loading_message", "static_message" or "countdown_message"?
What about the Viral-plugin? The viral plugin includes lots of English labels and buttons ("Like this video? Share it.", "Add this video" etc).
Is there any way to customize these texts and translate them to another language in compliance with the licensing terms?

Yes, it is possible to change the text in Adtonomy via the configuration, but with Viral there are no flashvars to change the language.

Text can be configured for certain plugins, but the player on the whole does not support it. In the case of the two plugins you mention:
* LTAS language is determined by advertiser geo-targetting
* Messages in Adtonomy can be configured. Please see the guide for details on the specific configuration flashvars.
