viral-2 getting a 403 Forbidden with JW Player 5.1

When using JW Player 5.1 and loading the Viral 2 plugin, I see the page making a request to http://lp.longtailvideo.com/5/viral/viral-2.swf which gets a 403 Forbidden message. However, the Viral plugin still seems to load -- when I reach the end of the video I get the Viral UI with all the sharing options.

Although the request is more or less asynchronous, I'd rather not have the overall overhead on our page load times, so I'm curious what's going on here and how we can stop it.
