I have used the player ...I have used the player and the plugins enough to know it's unparalleled in my experience in its accessibility. Because I am reviewing/purchasing it on behalf of a government agency, I need to request a VPAT, or the creation of one by your organization.
VPAT or (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) is a declaration of what ways the product is accessible, and in what ways it isn't and why.
