Fullscreen skin problem

Hi there, I've modified the "snel" skin for my purposes but there are some problems:

When switch to fullscreen the playButton (which normally is exactly on the
center of the scrollbar) goes either on the left side or on the right side.
I just can't positon in exactly on the center of the player.

I've looked for similar problem/solutions on the forum but could't get any much
further than i was before 1 week or so. I got stucked hard!

Any input would be greatly appriciated guys!
