Change skin for player

Hello,
I want to apply a new skin to player .Actually I want to hide fullscreen button in player.For implementation of that feature I have found one skin without full screen button

Also I have applied that skin to player,but it is not producing any effect

Can anyone please tell me how to resolve this issue regarding applying skin to player.
