Skinning without Flash CS3?

Is there a way to create a custom skin without Flash CS3? Like with PHP, XML, SWFMILL, FlashDevelop, or something like that?

Hi, this is Adam from LongTail.

Unfortunately, skinning is not possible w/o Flash CS3. We are working on it, though.

To elaborate, a lot of these tools work with Actionscript2 / AVM1 SWF. The player needs AS3/AVM2 skins.

I wish to try and modify the Fla... but I can't seem to understand how I can do it... I only wish to remove the description part.
