Adtonomy Text and BOTR not working for me - no video playing

We are licensed Adtonomy Text users (license 86354) and are also BOTR users.

Cannot get Adtonomy Text to with BOTR. When I enable the parameters on the player, the video simply will not play.

I have the player parameters set correctly.

I have a crossdomain.xml setup with "*".

Here is the preview link for the video.

Update.

I don't have any video with Chrome.

Video working with IE, but no Ad.

I have considerable revenue I could be making right now if I had this working. I also have premium support. Feel free to get in touch with me as soon as possible.

Your crossdomain.xml contains a 304 redirect, that links to another crossdomain on /blog/. It looks like Flash cannot handle this, because it gives a security error back to the player. Can you have the crossdomain.xml served from "/" and then also ensure it has a text/xml mimetype?

Ok, that solved that.

Still not working under IE9.

Need a better guide for control definitions. For some reason my text is not left justifying.

The example you posted above is still broken for me, also http://blog.dreamuniversity.com/crossdomain.xml still redirects to http://blog.dreamuniversity.com/blog/crossdomain.xml

All the text layout options that are present are in the adtonomy documentation, there are no additional options.

except with IE?

Oh, right, my browser cache was stale, the redirect disappeared after I flushed my cache and then everything started working correctly. It works for me in IE too, so I suspect that this is indeed a browser cache issue that at least new visitors will not have.

No. Actually IE is broken for me.

I only have access to IE8 in the office, but have asked some colleagues with IE9 to check this out. That being said, IE8 and IE9 should function exactly the same unless you do not have Flash installed for IE.

If you go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ in IE9, what version of Flash does it say you have installed?

I've got the latest flash installed.

The problem is my laptop. Despite that I've cleared all cache, cookies, history along with a reboot -- IE still isn't working, but only on my machine. I've also successfully tested other systems.

For some reason on my laptop the following URL:
http://blog.dreamuniversity.com/crossdomain.xml

Keeps getting translated to:
http://blog.dreamuniversity.com/blog/crossdomain.xml

OK, in that case it will work for all your customers. Not sure why this continues to be broken on your laptop, but I think we can consider the case closed now.

You may. Thanks for the assistance.
