Adtonomy does not load the video preroll in IE, I have not made changes to the implementation of the player.
With IE when I click play the player is on hold, you can not see the spot and you can not even quit the spot, for example:

I'm not seeing Adtonomy being loaded on your page. Are you still using it at that test link?
