Help with my skin / skin request please

Hey I made a skin but I don't know Flash and it's not working good
I will love if someone can create it for me please.
it's a very simple skin, here is a link to an image of how I want it to be:

all I use is just the controlbar so you don't need to touch anything else
the buttons background-color:#302424
the buttons size: 20px X 20px
the margin (space) between buttons 3px;
no "back" no "shade", (it's transparent background)

and ONLY if it's not hard:
I will like that the buttons background will change on hover to color:#00ff00
and the done-time to be color:#00ff00 please.

I hope it's not too much, and someone can please help me by create it for me.

I'm almost there, here is my FLA file:

just need to give the timeline a background and fix the volume please.

OK somehow I made it happen O_o
but the buttons for some reason become blurry
and I don't know how to put a stretching layer behind the timeline so I just put it behind the main controlbar layer "back"

if someone know how to do it I will love for some help please.
