CC captions button not displaying when using skin

Has anyone managed to get the CC button to display whilst using a skin? The skin I am using is Nacht and there is no button displaying at all (although the captions themselves display ok).

I would like to know if the player can use a captions button created within a skin. I understand that the CC button at present is created on the fly. Is this the only option? or can this be overwritten?

HI Jason

The player creates the cc button programmatically. So when you use a skin the best you can get is that button (created programmatically) appearing on it. The only other option would be to recode that part of the captions plugin to add a button using the addButton function. I haven't done this yet but am debating it!
