Player permissions FLV

Hi! i have downloaded the FLVPlayer plugin for wordpress.
I can add video when i´m logged in as Administrator, but i can´t add video if i am logged in as an author.
the add video button disappears (author)
where can i set permissions?
i want that the authors are able to adding videos.
please help me!
