When I heard that the JW Player was supporting AAC (the last time I checked was a while ago I am affraid), I was expecting it to be able to display images (and perhaps chapter selection) embeded in a M4A file produced with GarageBand (a podcast basically).
Is this feature available? Is it planned in the near future?
I know there's a strong demand for this functionality in the podcasting community, but years have past and it doesn't seem that anyone had the chance to figure out how to make a embed player with that feature...
Thanks a lot!

Hi Laurent,
Jeroen did some tests and found that while it's possible to detect and display these images, they're generally encoded as TIFF (which Flash can't display natively).
Do you have an example file we could analyze?

The compression is usually quite heavy, I doubt GarageBand would use something other than JPEGs...
