I want to use the JW FLV Player to embed .FLV and H.264 videos on my site. I will not be charging for the videos, though one day, I might have ads on my site.

Can I use this player in this case?

Can you provide a clarification of when the license will allow me to use the player and when it will not?

What is the nature of your videos?

What is the purpose of the website?

Again, it is hard to determine whether you need a license or not if I do not know what I am evaluating.

It is an educational website that will have reviews, interviews, and instructional videos.
