i need to know if i am considered needing a license at http://www.amateurspokane.com we are not selling anything or asking for money we do show some clips of bands we follow but we are not promoting them we show clips of a game called "Geocaching" and how to videos all of this free to the public this is a side project for a few people please let me know if this is considered commercial or not thanks
