Hello,

I'm about to create a site for a little french town (5000 inhab.) and will be officialy paid for that by the town hall.
Do i need tu purchase a license for the JW Image Rotator which i'd like to use on this site (to display some pictures of the town) ?
There will be no ads on this site, and it's only purpose will be to inform the town citizen about the town's news...

Thanks,

Regis

Regis,

Sounds like you will be using the JW Imagerotator for non-commercial purposes (no ads, monetization etc) so you are free to use the player at no cost. Just so you know, here is a link to the non-commercial license:

http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/

Send us a link when you have set the site up so we can take a look through the pics of the town.

Thx
