For a commercial project, one domain, no distribution, will a license allow me to alter the source code as I want, putting my own name in the context menu, and in general make it look like "my player" ?

Hey Mike,

You are free to alter the source code of the player if you purchase a license for the JW Player. There is one exception to this: you man not make any modifications to the source code that enable any type of ad to be shown in or around the player.

Hope this is helpful.
