Hello,

I'm aware that you have to buy a license if you want the JW Player on a site containing ads.
But what if you're not making a profit with the ads and they are just a way to try and compensate for the costs of running a website. Is it then also required to buy a license?

Hi Sander,

We totally understand that you have costs to run your website. However, we do ask that you purchase a license for the player if you are running ads on your website.

As I'm sure you know, we spend a lot of time and money creating the player for our users. We greatly appreciate your support so we can continue to improve upon it.

Thx
