Last June I bought the commercial unlimited domain license. I received an email that the player had been updated and the old license would expire and I could upgrade my license for free if I entered my email address. I did that (I think!).
I just downloaded the 4.3 player and I clicked that I won't use it for noncommercial. Can I still use this for commercial since I think I have the new license?

Hi, this is Adam from LongTail.
Yes, you can still use the player for commercial purposes as long as you have a license.

I have a license purchased in August 2006 for unlimited usage. Does this license apply to the current licensed download? If so how do I go about getting a login to download the licensed version? If not is there an upgrade fee instead of paying the full amount again?

Hey Oliver,
If you purchased a license in August 2006 that means you have v3.x of the player. You can upgrade to a commercial license for the 4.x player for free. In order to this, pls send a not to support [at] longtailvideo [dot] com and let them know your circumstances. In addition, pls include your JW Player license # in the email.
Thx
Dave
