PlayerReady function is not called?

I am using JWplayer4.4 version. I am using HIghWind server as our streaming server.For the first when I load a page PlayerReady function is not getting called?
For the second time its called.I don't know why?
Can somebody please help me?

It's case sensitive:
playerReady not PlayerReady
