Flowplayer stops partway through long clips, won"t

I have ~1 hour clips being served and played with JW player. These clips seem to always stop playing after 35-45 minutes. Is there a problem with the player? Or is my server timing out?

This seems to be common problem. I have a 68 min video and it also stops at about 26 minutes.
