totalText display before clicking play

Is there a way to modify the player so that the duration time can display before the video has been played? It would be helpful to have my site users be able to determine the length of the video before they decided to play it.

Are you asking about the duration displaying in each playlist track?

Some skins display the duration to the right of the Title, if the duration is entered in each track of your playlist file.

You can test the Longtail Video skins here: http://developer.longtailvideo.com/trac/testing

For other skins, you will have to temporarily add the skin to your player code to see if the duration is displayed.
