I'm trying to use Xmoov to stream my video files. I have this working fine for standard FLV files but am having some problems getting this to work with FLV files that were created by muxing an MP4 into the FLV container.
I used ffmpeg to take existing mp4 files and muxed them in to the flv container. I took those output files and injected them with metadata.
When I go to view those files they play fine in the jw player but when I click on the time line to jump ahead of where the video data has been loaded (to invoke streaming) I have a problem. The time line pointer jumps ahead as expected, the audio picks to the area clicked and starts to play but the video does not restart, it just shows the last frame that was playing when you clicked ahead.
Any help is appreciated.

You can't pseudostream H.264 in the FLV container because of the boxes.
Use the mod_h264_streaming modules from code-shop for IIS, LightTPD, nginx, and Apache2 to stream the MP4.
