Prevent RealPlayer Download

Is there a way to prevent RealPlayer from being able to download/play the videos that are played through the Flash player?

If not, does anyone know of a video program (ffmpeg perhaps) that can add watermarks to a video clip on the fly?

I have many users and I want to watermark the video with their username (which I can do easily enough throuh Flash, if the video is played there), but I don't want to create a separate clip for each user. So "transcoding" the clip with a watermark would be a good solution for me too.

Any ideas?
