update the flash plugin !

flash v.10 has been out for a while now - if you have not updated yet, here is the link to do it:
(note that sometimes a proper deinstall can be needed before the update will function properly)
unfortunately various exploits of vulnerabilites in previous versions makes constant updating of plugins quite mandatory now a days...
