Mid roll - multiple ads - synched to position

Having looked around the site, faq etc I cannot seem to find a clear answer to this.
I want to synchronise display ads (midroll) with the presentation which will in effect be a slideshow. As the slides change I want to display a new add with a link to a specific web page that is related directly to the currently displayed 'slide'.
Is this possible and what beyond the Adsolution and player do I need.
