Ads on playlist

Hello
I have some questions about ads.
I would like to put flv ads to my xml playlist(before every clip on playlist), but i dont have a clue how?
Every time i try i faile.
Other question is:
If i buy JW player license will i be able to add ads like i wrote before.
How it would look?
What i mean would it look like i buy license and put some script witch allow my to ads clips and longtail provaids advertisers ?
example:
my web(jwp)<------- LongTail ads<------- Advertisers
other words is longtail(after buying license) who will be other side who gives ads ?
