Setup a Channel in AdSolution

Step 1

To integrate LongTail’s AdSolution to your website, click “Launch Setup Wizard” under the “Setup” tab after your Website has been approved and you have created your Channel.

Step 2

You will need to answer a few questions so that we can give you the appropriate instructions based on your Online Video Platform, as well as, the Content Management system you use to manage the pages on your site. Assuming that you are not using any particular system, answer “No” on both questions to be taken the Absolution Wizard, which will help you out customize your code for your website.

Step 3

Now you need to tell us what player you are using, and to give us the link to your player’s location. You will need to do the same for your video file’s location.

Step 4

When you have done that, scroll down the page to find the code you need to put on your page in order to serve ads through LongTail’s AdSolution.  You can specify if you want the code in SWFObject 1.5, 2.0 or Object/Embed code to match the existing code on your website.
